You cannot sell those. Go to DMV to get the form. Your doctor will have to fill it out stating your handicap and why one is needed. You take that to DMV and they will give you one.
*Edited to add: you can google your state's DMV website and see if the form is available to download there. It's called a MED 10 form. In Virginia, it's located here:

you can't buy a handicap tag, when you go in to your doctor they will have to fill out a paper that you take to the place where you get your license plate and they will issue you a tag and a plate for handicap but you cannot get one without a doctors statement. you may want to check with your local office about it they may have a paper your docotor needs to fill out hope this helps |

In order to obtain a handicap tag you need to go to your physician and have him fill out a disability form on you and then you take to the dmv and get your handicapped tag |

The DMV has the paperwork. You have to take it to the doctor and have him fill it out. (THEY WILL CALL TO VERIFY IT IS LEGITIMATE). Then it will be issued to you. You can't just "get" a handicapped placard or tag. |

You need to have a medically qualifying condition, a note from your Dr with your diagnosis...then you go to the DMV & fill out the paperwork.
If you don't have a handicap & just want to buy one for the better parking spots that's not only wrong...but can end up costing you quite a bit of $$$ when you get a ticket. |

Call your local motor vehicle agency for a permanent placard application, it must be filled out by applicant and doctor. If it is for a temporary illness call your local police dept. |

You have to get a signed form from the doctor - they have them, & take it to the dmv & they will give you one for $$$
Of course, you could borrow someone else's & make a good duplicate at the copy center (& laminate on both sides) but that would be fraud, just like trying to purchase one here on YA |
