i even tell them i want to go to a walgreens that is like 5min away but they say no

probably because you aren't ready. You sound like you are at the age where you just want to joy ride. If you have your learners permit, or drivers license, let them be in the car with you so they can grow trust with your driving. Don't do something stupid like drive somewhere without your license. Get caught before you've ever had it, and you dont get it til you're 18 |

my parents didnt let me drive til i was 18!!! and the driving age is 16 where i am from. i went through hell waiting to drive but in the end it is worth it! all my friends who drove totaled their cars!
what i did was i was so mad that my parents didnt let me drive til i was 18 that i made them buy me a brand new car lol and it worked!!!
make your parents feel guilty for never letting you drive and have them buy you a new car! like me :D |

do it anyway, stop asking. if you don't have a car steal one. I stole my first car when I was 14. (JK don't do it Juvy aint fun and you won't get your license till you turn 21). |

you have to show them that you are going to VERY responsible behind the wheel. you do this by being responsible in your everyday life and interactions. |

you can't rush driving. Your parents are worried that you are not experienced yet. One day, tell them that you want to go for a ride around the neighborhood with them to practice your driving. this will show them you are more responsible, and they will start to trust you more.
