In the first 2 years your on probation it's 6 points, any more than 6 you will have to re-take both tests again. After 2 years it's 12 points. |

It is different in each state! In NC after two traffic violations in a year you will have to go to a hearing and the trooper in charge could suspend your license! Call your local Highway Patrol they will answer all of your questions! |
