My solicitor is VERY VERY shy about giving me any hints and I want to know. You see, I was Involved in an RTA 3 Years ago and suffered a Brain Injury. I have anosmia, have lost vision in my left eye, left sided weakness and a Bunch of other stuff. Essentially I want to know how much "compensation" I'm entitled to in Exchange for my left eye and sense of taste/smell. Thanks for Looking. Rob (LIABILITY HAS BEEN SETTLED ON 100% FAULT THEIR SIDE)

Were you are you out of work due to the RTA as all that has to be considered?? Your future job wise is all taken into consideration? No way could i give a figure but a hefty sum i'd guess..BEST OF LUCK :) |

taking 3 yrs to fix this would be the problem your lawyer or insurance company not doing their job shouldnt have took 6 months |

I t does take a while Rob hang in there i like you had two RTAs in 5 months of each other both admitted fault ive had to have neck surgery on my spine its a nightmare im up to 2 years and 2 and a half years on second one. it does take a while for them to get records and stuff together, keep in touch with them and keep badgering them and i hope you get whet you deserve. Just though i would let you know as im going through similar things with my solicitors....GOOD LUCK.... |
