No one here can answer your question. Since you lost vision, your question maybe should be; How much should I sue for rather than how much will I be given. I certainly wouldn't wait around hoping someone would give me (a paltry sum) something. Vision loss is serious and permanent. First, get some advice from your own insurance company as to how you may proceed and then consider consulting with a lawyer. |
