depends on where you live is the hackney a London style or where u use a normal saloon type car this depends on your local councils licensing department if in a city usually this will require a knowledge test all councils have different rates you could then rent one (hackney) up to about Â£280pw inc rent to office or buying a hackney with a plate in one city could set you back about Â£30k if theres a restriction on the numbers

but just to get your license probably about Â£800-Â£1200 again depending on where you live and if you need to do the knowledge and your C.R.B will be checked
