I was in a car accident on Jan. 16th (yes, my fault!) and my car was totalled. I am buying a new car and need to know by about how much my insurance will go up. It was $270 a month (full coverage) before. I am 19, by the way. The car I am (hopefully!) buying is a 2000 Ford Mustang.

It depends on the company. However, it WILL go up, and at 19 with an accident on your record, you may have to give up the idea of a Mustang for a while. Call your agent/company and ask for specifics before you take the plunge to be sure you can afford it. |

depends on your insurance and driving record. some insurance companies forgive your first accident. your record plays a big factor if the rates are adjusted.
by your age and the muscle car your'e going to have very expensive premium. |
