Insurance is very individualized so the quote I give you may not be exact. For the Jeep and Civic the quote was about the same at $1539 per year which is 128 per month. Remember there are many individual factors that I did not know such as your past driving experience as well as the type of Cherokee and civic, 2 door, 4 door ect

It varies also depending on where in Georgia you live....if it is more metropolitan than you will likely be paying a higher rate than a country area that is less congested.
I live in NJ and pay $2,400 a year for my honda civic....(I'm 23 and never got any tickets or pulled over or anything).

I don't think your race has anything to do with your insurance rates. Insurance premiums are individualized, you really need to get quotes directly from insurance companies. |

There are many different variables. Such as state, city,( zip code), if you are a student college or high school, some states take into consideration your grades and you get a better rate for better GPA. Your driving history is taken into consideration as well (any tickets). Rates usually drop around the age of 25 or so....
