A fine, points on your licence before you even get it or even a ban when you do get your licence. Silly!! In future......... Don't get caught!!! |

you will have your non existent licence taken of you and a hefty fine.don't be silly that's why my premiums are so high because of non insured drivers. |

Its not just the fine you need to worry about.
Its also the increased insurance premiums when your ban ends, the fact that you will have a criminal record which might bar you from certain jobs.
Most importantly, if you hurt yourself in an accident, thats tough. If you hurt someone else, they could be maimed, injured or killed without compensation.
Can you handle the guilt? |

The answers are fairly consistent on here. Don't you have any respect for the law ? or for other people and their property ? I,m sure you won't get what you deserve - personally i would have you horsewhipped! |

It'll get you a hefty punishment, either a fine or community service or both, plus points to be saved up for the time when you do eventually get a licence. The courts take being uninsured very seriously these days. In addition, in some areas uninsured vehicles are seized and crushed. |

You appear to be 16 and stupid
No insurance in my book you ought to get banned for 2 years at least. No licence even if you had attempted to buy insurance would invalidate it and you should get banned for that also for 2 years
It ain't cleaver and it ain't funny and it ain't cool. You are likely to injure not only yourself and I think that would be cool justice but could just ruin a family's life and at christmas
I'm not just an old duffer I'm a real biker and TW@TS like you are getting us the real deal and seriously bad reputation
Yes have a bike, enjoy it do all the silly things that teenagers do but for our sake pay your way and do it properly.
Don't become an unwilling organ doner or worse still make someone else an unwilling organ doner
Get my meaning ??? |

im sure its £125 for driving without a licesne another £100 for no insurance, and i think its 4 or 5 points on your license (even if you dont have one), im pretty sure youd get a 6 month ban and you bike taken off you, im sure youd get charged with dangerous driving cause you aint go no lisence... but meh, i dunno about that part. |

don't know how much fine will be but you'll get one and a ban and taken to court |

Typically, the fine would depend on your local statutes.
In Texas, first offense is about $400 for the no insurance ticket, and an additional surcharge of $250 per year for THREE YEARS for NOT having insurance. So, needless to say, you could have purchased insurance for a LOT less money.
So...now you need to decide what you need to do to get properly licensed to ride the bike, and purchase insurance.
The violation will be charged against you when you get your license. You need to find yourself a local independent agent that specializes in writing youthful operators on motorcycles and call them and they can help. Just look in your phone book for the PIA or Big I (Trusted Choice) logos and you should be able to find someone that can help.
Stay off the bike until you get all of this taken care of, by the way.
Good luck and I hope this helps! |
