1. Try not to be on the road unless it's absolutely necessary
2. Ignore what the speed limit signs say and GO SLOW!! Idiots around you may be going the speed limit or even faster, but those are the same people who crash when they slide.
3. Don't break quickly. Try to give yourself plenty of slowing time as you're approaching a red light or a stopped car. |

If you have to drive, drive like you have no brakes and very little steering. |

Drive slowly, if you step on the gas too hard, the wheels will spin too fast and they wont move the car anywhere, you need as much traction as possible. |

depending on how far you have to go put it down in second gear especially going up or down hills that makes it easy on the engine and the brakes. dont go faster than 55 mph and no more than 5 miles or transmission will be damaged. iam talking about automatic trannies here |

Do not attempt to do anything fast. do not start fast turn fast or brake fast . When your driving whels spin. take your foot off the gas and let the wheels catch a grip on the ice. ABS will help you to steer and stop at the same time.. give yourself lots of room and lots of time. |

Very very slow....or.....not at all.......Use the "N" on your shifter to help stop the car if you need to......this takes engine power away from the drive wheels....and helps in braking/stopping. |
