I'm sure you will at least have to have a state inspection which includes a brake and light inspection. once you pass that, take all your papers, old reg., title, safety inspection, proof of insurance and trot on down to the DMV, and go from there. good luck! |

Go to the NYS DMV website for any info you need. I googled "DMV NY", clicked on "Find Answers" and searched Registrations and Titles, keyword "salvage" to get the link below....very easy....
