Just go into court & talk to D.A. & tell him the story & they will usually reduce the fine & or points..They won't make It "go away" without your having a lawyer..There will be points & a fine, just reduced..sometimes $1 and costs..Good Luck |

if you cant afford a lawyer, then your best bet is to show up and tell them that you where late for work and werent paying attention, he will probably take off 2pts if you pay a higher fee... |

Sometimes you win the court case by just going to court. You can get the fee split in half. You can ask them show proof that the radar gun was reading the correct speed of your car. The radar guns have not been reading the correct speed of the car they have pulled over all the time. |

most of the time officers who operate the lasers,aren't qualified to operate the speeding equipment.try go that way,i did. |

they do not keep speeds on record. ask the officer to proof the speed and they will not have the speed so u will win. |

you could pay X-Copper or some same purpose company to fight for you. Or you can fight for yourself by attacking the readiness of the machine they cought you with. (the camera) If they have taken it for required service or maintenance, so if it was in order and in properly working condition. That is just one way. you can shop around for companies that do that, and even ask them. they tell you hoping you give the case to them. but you don't have to. |
