I'm Scared. I hit a Bentley and have no license.?

I hit a parked Bentley in a store's parking lot and freaked out. I went inside the store and found the owner. I then took her outside and showed her the damage- big scratch. I was driving my friend's car- he has insurance and a license but he didn't know I didn't have my license. She is insured as well. Now he is pissed (he found out I have no license) and told me I will probably be arrested. I told him I was sorry and I was working on getting a license- I let my pride get in the way, he of course said sorry wasn't good enough. Will I really be arrested? Will I be put in jail? When will I have th right to get my driver's license again? I am 20 yrs old...I REALLY do NOT want to go to jail.

they don't have room for you, beside that you committed no crime. Nobody got hurt and you reported it.
It's called an accident.

if not you have nothing to worry about. You still have to pay for damages, her insurance co. will go after your friend's if you can't make a deal with her.
But if you weren't charged at the scene and no summons, ticket to come to court has been issued, the state is out of it and nothing happens to you. As far as pojice and court are concerned it never happened.
If she goes to the cops they'll just tell her to contact ins. co because she didn't report it when it happened. Now who knows whether you actually caused the damage or was it there before and she's using you as a patsy.

As one person above said, if you can make a deal with Bentley not to go to insurance co, that'll get your friend off the hook and you need to tell everybody he did not know you were not licensed. Then you have to pay for the repair and it won't be cheap.
Stay nice and pleasant and apolegetic and cooperative and they may work out a plan for repayment. When people are asked nicely for a break, they often feel good about giving it to a deserving person.
In any case, relax, this is not the crime of the century, just a dumb mistake that everybody can understand.

I don't think your gonna go to jail, and if you do it would only be for for a couple days..

but your not gonna get ur license anytime soon, if the driver of the bentley decides to report it. also expect to pay some hefty fines.

Just report the claim to his insurance company as insurance follows the vehicle. Also, I would say you should tell your friend that you will pay for any increase in his insurance rates. Maybe that will calm him down. Also, he gave you the keys to drive. He has to know that if he gives someone besides himself the keys there is a possibility that they will get in an accident and it will go against his insurance. Also there likely was not a police report as the police do not normally investigate accidents in a private parking lot unless someone is injured. Otherwise, you could always just contact the owner of the Bentley and offer to pay the damages yourself without getting insurance involved.

Much depends on the owner of the car you scratched. If a full accident report is made and you are identified to the police as the at fault driver you may be arrested for unlicensed driving, at the very least you will be summoned to court for a criminal violation. This will probably result in a fine and possibly a delay in eligibility to get a licence to drive in the future, depending on your criminal record if you have any. I doubt this will result in jail time.

You will certinly be responsible for damages to the Bentley and must pay to have the vehicle repaired, and that will be a pretty penny I'm sure.

If you haven't talked to the police by now, your biggest fear should be the rich ladies insurance company lawyer....
