I've lost my driving license, what do I need to do.?

Contact the DVLA at Swansea or online, or go to the post office - there may be a form to fill in. Plus (last time i checked) there will be a fee to replace.

You will have to apply to the DVLA for a duplicate one, which will cost you, Â£19 I think....

Contact the DVLA in Swansea. They will issue you with a new one (you need the forms from the Post Office) also you will need to send a photo if he old one was no a photo licence.

get a DVLA form and write to them asap, stating formalities- they will want ur photo and a small charge

you can go on their internet site (mvd) they have an area for lost or stolen drivers license, just fill out and pay the $5 and they will get it out to you.

if you mean you lost it and not had it took of you then you have to phone dvla and let them now the situation

glad you added the last bit. just ring the D.V.L.A they will sort you out . you mite have to pay about 19 pounds though.hope this helps
