well if its simply been stolen/recovered then youll not need to re-register it..even if its been written off with a category B by the insurance all you do is apply for the log book,DVLA will send you a letter stating you need a VIC [vehicle identity check],once passed the DVLA will reclassified it as a cat C and return your log book...simple as...done lots. |
