Most mobile Police units are now laser not radar so in a very quick sequence a number of cars speed can be checked , not all at the same time
The only radar units are the camera ones and if there is more than one car in the photo it cannot be used to charge either driver |

They can only clock one at a time but if you have a group of cars running down the interstate together he would only have to clock one of them and then pull over the group. |
