NO. Depending on what state you live you can start a drivers ed program. I believe that its is 14 and 8 months you can get your permit will limit you to your driving with and legalized 21 year old adult with a drivers license. You have to wait 6 months to take your road test after reciving your permit. You can get ur license at the age of 16. |

No since ur 14 u just have 2 wait 2 years u can get it when ur 16 unless u underage drink then u have 2 wait till ur 21 or if ur parents/ gardian dosn't let u, I think u need there permission till ur 18 er somthin' in cali anyway!!!!!

hahaha no man at 15 you can get your permit.
hold that for a year.
and then you can get your license!
when your 15.
take the permit test online.
thats how i got my permit.

i once asked a cop if there was such law, but he said he has never heard of it and said it was probably a rumor.

that all depends on your location. here in Louisiana you can get a learners permit @ 15 and drive wiht your parent, but you cant drive alone untill you are 16, never heard anyhting abotu having to wait till 18 anywhere. |

well depends on where u live in Australia its 16 for your learners then you hold them for a year then you can drive wit out another driver hope I could be of help |

I have heard of that too in the last couple of weeks. It was just a recommendation. It has to go to the capitol and be voted upon before going in to effect. You will just have to wait and see. |
