Also if I failed the test For example If i failed test NO.3 the next time i go to the DMV to take the test will i get Test NO. 4? like does it come in order or is it random???.... and also if i recieved a ticked of speeding and no license will that show automatically on the DMV computer or is it until i go to court?

NO..U MUST HAVE A PERMIT NO MATTER WAT AGE U R.... BUT 18 U WONT NEED TO SHOW DRIVERS TRAINING.... IF U FAIL 3 TIMES... THEN U START OVER...AND EACH TIME U TAKE THE DRIVERS TEST U MUST PAY $5.00 ..... AND THE SPEEDING TICKET WONT SHOW TILL AFTER U GO TO COURT... BUT IF UR COURT DATE IS AFTER U TAKE UR TEST AND THEN IT SHOWS UR LICENSE CULD B SUSPENDED AND U WONT B ABLE TO DRIVE.... |

You have to have a permit to take the road test, or you are illegal behind the wheel, and they can't test you. The only exception is New Hampshire, which, for some stupid reason, doesn't have a permit at all. |

Sorry kiddo... you need to complete drivers ed and get a permit before you can apply for a license. Check the guidelines in the State that you live in (google Secretary State's Office in your state). And... stop speeding! |

Depending on what state that you live in.... there are different rules.. you can go to your state's web page and look there. If you don't want to do that, then just wait until you are 18!!! That's what I did!! |
