so like today I accidentally dented someone's car with my very own bottom. How much DO YOU THINK (just THINK) will it cost to raise my insurance after repairing for the damage?

none if you just settle without your insurance. Doubtful you did your deductable in damage, so just pay them, and skip the insurance company. |

as a previous poster said.... auto insurance covers damage you do with your vehicle.. not with your butt lol. Thats like thinking your homeowners insurance would cover if you broke a vase at someone elses house- HELLO!
The damage will likely be anywhere between 500-2000 (yes, car damage is EXPENSIVE!) |

Auto insurance only covers autos, not butts. That damage you will have to pay out of your own pocket because the damage wasn't done with a vehicle, just your butt. Next time be more careful where you're putting your butt and stop damaging other people's property. |

Nothing, since you didn't use your car to cause damage. Unless you have "Butt damage insurance" just pay to have it fixed, and leave your insurance agent alone. |

it sounds like you are saying how much will your insurance go up after this accident is reported and fixed... nothing...
in most cases you will only have to pay the guys deductible.
for denting it with your body accidentally.
if you dented it sitting on it it should pop right out... have him take it to a shop it may cost so little no insurance co. be involved,,,,, |

YOUR auto insurance isn't going to cover the damage your rear end did to a car. It only covers if YOUR CAR contacts another car. Sorry. So it's not going to go up AT ALL.

What kind of damage are we talking about? If it's just a dent I would not even bother to go through insurance. There are places that do paint less Dent repair, meaning they do not have to dill holes or hammer on the metal to pull the dent out. Most places charge around 100 bucks to repair the dent. Now if the damage is on a cress or fold in the steel, the repairs are a little more difficult. some can still be repaired with out having to drill holes to pull it out or hammer anything. I would check prior to contacting the insurance company about anything. If it is serious enough to warrant auto body shop work, expect your insurance to go up about 10 to 20 bucks a month. |
