Don't know where some of these are getting there Information from but if you claim to have lost your licence you can pay for a replacement but you are not required to submit new photos as all photos are digitally put on your licence and stored for 10 years. I see peoples licences everyday and I have yet to see a good photo of anybody we all look awful on our licences so save your money and accept you will never look good on a driving licence photo.

You can, but it will cost you, and then in 10 years it will have be changed again - another fee.
