I got caught driving my car with no licence and failing to stop for a police can i still drive?

Strangely, in the UK you are "allowed" up to 12 points on a provisional before you lose it. If and when you get a full licence your points are carried forward but don't count under the New Driver Scheme. It's only points gained while actually a new holder of a full licence which are limited to 6, then the licence is revoked.

Instant ban. you have a 2 year probation period after you've passed your test, if you get 6 points or more you will be banned and have your license revoked!

If you are in CA, you will be getting notification that your provisional license has been suspended.

Under the CA teen driving laws, any teen with a provisional license who accrues 3 points in a 12 month period will have their license suspended. If 2 points in 12 months is accrued, they are subject to a 30 day restriction on their license.

If you are in another state, it will all come down to what the teen driving or GDL laws are in your state. You will face the fines + points, but it is very likely that you may also face a suspension or other sanctions on your license.

You will get an instant ban when you do as you can only get 6 points before losing your licence in the first two years! It is probably worth doing it sooner rather than later because at the end of the day you will still have 6 points when you pass your test regardless of when you take it!

Yes, unless you were actually banned by the court. You can get up to 12 points on a provisional which will carry over onto your full licence when you pass.

Say you got 6-12 points on your provisional then passed your test. Despite the 6 points in 2 years rule you wouldn't be automatically banned you would be on the absoloute limit. 1 more point in those 2 years and you would have to redo your test.
