I agree the DMV will not allow it.
Also, you better get them resolved. They will add penalties (increasing the fines) and eventually they will find you at work or at home and arrest you. Especially in today economy the states are trying to get the money - so serious get a hold of the courts, work out a payment plan. |

It depends on the type of "unpaid tickets". Auto, driving tickets, disorderly conduct tickets,"jaywalking" auto parking tickets, failure to keep your dog on a leash tickets? If they were Auto related violations, You would have to pay the fines before they would issue you a license |
