if any of your points are over 3 years old they dont count(unless its for drinkin driving or dangerous driving)

Some at least of your points should have "expired", depending on when you got them. Those for "minor" offences only count for 3 years. Those involving casing death are valid for 10 years as are those involving most drink or drugs offences.
Incidentally, you say you just got 3, so I take it that was a fixed penalty offence. That can't be used if it would cause you to lose your licence, they would have to take you to Court and you would have known about it if the magistrates removed your licence.

Depends on the law for where ever you are, which you didn't mention. In some areas, yes, in others that only count a 3 year period, perhaps not. Want to mention where you are? It's really NOT a small world. |

you shouldn't get points for a parking offence at all, as it's not classed a serious offence. If you do get three points for anything else you'll be automatically banned. |

If you have got another 3 points (for parking? where?) and you now have 12 you will be banned. But for how long is, i think, at the discretion of the magistrates. |

yeah your gonna lose ya licence for sure. you probably get sent to prison too for 20 years. but on the bright side u wont have to pay council tax and 3 square meals a day too.
