I have a car accident . I went through a lawyar and a chriopecter. BUt they are not helping me a sertain time.?

I had a accident with a car accident in last four months ago.
I was not the guilty driver. And in the accident i don't have any fault.
after three months of treatment doctor says that insurance will not cover the expense so they have to realize me.
I talk with the lawyer and she said that now I have to take the treatment my self.
I am going to school now, and I don't work anywhere.
I don't have enough money to go doctor for my pain.
But I am suffering the pain 24 hours except when i sleep.
Sometime its better to die. I have pain in all my back and neck.
When i talked with the doctor then they said they will do everything i need to cured me. MRI and better doctor, but now they are saying nothing? Saying treatment my self with a own doctor.
I dont have a insurance.
Now, Please somebody know anything that what i should to go somewhere for medical help then please give me an idea that could save my life. I don't want to live my life with this unnecessarry pain where i was not the accused person.
I am only 23 years old male. I live in Atlanta, GA.

Please help me. I don't know what to do.
Please suggest me some doctor or help line that could help me.

ok Im not quite sure what you're asking but the at fault drivers auto insurance is supposed to pay for all of your medical bills for this accident. I was in an accident 3 years ago and it was 100% the other guys fault and he had the state minimum coverage which is $25000 and thats not even enough to cover my medical bills and I am stilll in the process of sueing him. But I just had to give the dr's office the insurance policy number. My insurance had to pay the medical bills because at first they thought he was an uninsured driver. But either way either the person whose at fault's insurance or your insurance should be paying ALL of your bills related to this accident. Call your insurance and they'll tell u what to do

Ask your atty. about the Dr's putting a lien against your case. That's what they do here in MO. They continue to treat you, but will get paid first after the accident is settled!

Getting that lawyer, means you've just added 18 months to the claim settlement time.
