I don't think you can do that unless you sell her the car.
I'm sure insurance companies have thought of that loophole, and won't allow it! They want their $$$$! |

I don't know how it is in your state, but I was able to insure both of my daughters' cars under my policy without putting them in my name. |

In the US, as long as you are living in the same household as your mom, you can just add it to her policy without titling it in her name. |

In my state (Ohio) the insurance companies don't care whose name it's in, as long as it's on a policy some where. |

Register the car in your Mum's name, she can then insure the car as being the registered owner and then add your name to the policy as a named driver. I assume you are a young driver and the insurance is very expensive for you, but remember if you have an accident she will probably lose her No Claims Bonus! |

was the vehicle paid for in full. if not it is going to be hard, cause your lien will not change the vehicle in someone else name unless it was paid for. if the car is paid in full then you can get it changed in you moms name |
