It will cost £19 and you will need a form V62 (from the post office) or you can do it by phone (with a credit or debit card). |

Although it will cost you, inform the DVLA at Swansea of the situation and take it from there. There is a chance your Log Book could be used to support the sale of a stolen 'ringed' motor vehicle, so you should report the loss as soon as possible. |
