When you receive your renewal for car tax it will tell you at the bottom what documents you require. You cannot tax the car if you cannot show these documents. |

online, you can tax it later into next month,as vosa will not take your untill 5 weeks after expiry,,,i always tax car after 1 month after expiry date just sworn off rd last day of next month then tax it following day not elegal ,loop hole |

I did the same last month! Get your insurers to provide a duplicate of your insurance certificate, and contact the issuing garage for a duplicate MOT - I had to send a tenner to the garage, but the insurance certificate was free. |
