I finally got mine two months ago and I'm 26 years old. It costs a lot of money in my country, so I never could afford it and public transport was good enough.
Paying for college > paying for license at that time.
Now I'm working my first 'real' grownup job and saved up enough to take plenty of lessons and take the exams!
As long as you're happy and able to get where you need to go! |

No, you're not alone. In many areas, such as New York City where public transportation is good, residences can easily travel around without the need to own a car, or have a drivers license. |

I didn't get mine until I was 18. I'm now 21. However, I have yet to own my own vehicle so all it provides for me right now is a photo I.D. for job interviews...lol. |

i got mine last year (i was 21 then). i had maybe 2 or 3 driving lessons then gave up. my mum has only had her license 5 years. my sister in law got her license 6 or 7 years ago, but has only recently passed her test (shes not much of a good driver either, crashed her car the week after passing her test). i dont really see the need to get a drivers license as i know ill never use one, i dont want to drive, i dont really need to drive! |
