I just got stationed here at Oklahoma. Question about my car registration from CA?

I just got my car shipped here not to long ago. The original owner who is my brother from California just sent me the title.

Do i have to sign the title and show it to the local Department of Motor Vehicles so i can get a legalized title that its under my name or do i have to send it to the DMV back in California since it's originally from there with California tags.

Call the Oklahoma DMV and ask them. Different rules apply for service members who could be in transient.
