You can't because you no longer exist.... j/k Yes, you need to find your local goverment office that handles ss and such. You can also contact the hospitial at which you were born. They may be able to supply you with one. |

Contact the town or city where you were born, they should have a Department there that maintains birth records. It usually costs only a few dollars and a trip for a copy. Make sure that they gove you a CERTIFIED copy, with a raised seal and not just a photo copy. |
