they may,you will be required for different form of id to get a duplicate,they no longer just go by your picture,this is to cut back on the people who commit fraud in order to obtain a license /id etc.Especially if(and im kinda sure you didnt)you didnt report it to the police as lost or stolen and have a copy of the report. |

No they should not have to, it will be on file and they will just issue you another one :) |

Where do you live. It has a long expiration. Well five years. See we do four years. . I am guessing you just got this if it expires in 2013. |

It depends on where you live. I live in Missouri and my brother lost his driver's license and they gave him the option to keep the photo stored in the computer from his current license or he could take a new one. Hope this helps! |
