I need assistance for health insurence?

I have my brother in mexico but is sick in the doctors dont take care my brother .Can i buy the insurence for him and I can brink my brother later or how is in work the insurance ?

You can't buy insurance after the fact, whether it is health, auto, house, doesn't matter. Insurance can't pay for any event that is happening, or has already happened, when the policy is issued. You can't phone to insure your car AFTER it is stolen, you can't put insurance on your house while it is on fire, and you can't put health insurance on a person after he/she is already sick.
Travel insurance has to be purchased before a person leaves his home area.

you can buy an insurance policy on anyone, but it will not cover a preexisting condition. there is a condition on policies for a medical exam(on real policies)
