i wondering who fault is it....here how it happen today i was driving at night ahead to home so there was intercept turn red and i start slow down than stop and i see there car behind me coming to me and hit my car than it start my car hitting front and that car hit another car so 4 car been hit......they guy who hit me behind me was his fault but would it be my fault too for hitting front car...the paper police gave me was only about me and car behind me that wrote he was speed at the end...and me nothing so would it be my fault for hitting front...

what state are you in? In MI it's "no fault" which means unless your car is parks or stopped, both people are to blame. So if you're car was stopped completely, you should be fine no matter what

i think it might be you should have control of your vehicle at all times

Huh ?......The person who rear ended you is responsible for your damages, you are responsible for damages to the car you rear ended, etc. Please brush up on your English, & punctuation

To a degree it is partly your fault if you failed to leave a reasonable gap from the vehicle in front. Ultimately it is the fault of the driver who's car ran into the rear of yours. Let your insurers sort the situation.

No not your fault.. I'm sure you were at a complete stop when the guy rear-ended you .. And "slammed" you into the car in front of you.
