Hi, im 17 years old and currently live in Florida, i am moving to Ohio in a month to go to college. My problem is i currently have a Florida Drivers Permit, therefore when i go to Ohio i dont think i can buy,register,or insure a car.... So i dont know what to do. Also you need to be 18 years old to get a license in Ohio and i dont turn 18 until August so i really dont know what to do.
