It was canceled for failure to submit a medical form, because I am a diabetic. I never received the form therefore did not know I needed to submit it. The license was reinstated as soon as I submitted it. I had to plead guilty, but the judge said it was stayed and also the 500 dollar fine. But I wonder if it will go on my driving record?

I would contact the Department of Motor Vehicles wherever it is your live. There is a good chance it will be on your driving record for a while, but no worries, it is not going to affect you forever. Be careful next time! |
