Since you were at fault, if depends on the coverage you have. Most policies show bodily injury coverages, but what they don't tell you, is that the coverage is for those you hit, not you. My daughter was in an accident, injured, and was at fault. Insurance paid nada. I was one unhappy camper, to say the least. 3500 dollars later, I suggest you take a long look at your policy or ask your agent about the particulars of your policy....... |

Only if you have medpay or pip coverage on your policy. Other than that you will not get anything from your insurance company. |

Are you talking about money to go to a doctor ? If so then maybe you can ! Call your agent and ask if you have med-pay on your policy. Mine pays up to 2500.00 per person including myself. But it is for medical bills only. |

you're at fault for this accident, so you can't sue anyone to get "compensation".
It's a soft tissue injury, and should heal within 6 weeks if you keep active.
If you require therapy, check your policy. I don't know where you live, but most states/provinces have medical coverage, or accident benefits coverage to obtain treatment that is not covered by private health insurance plans or government health insurance.
Call your agent/broker to report the injury and they'll be able to tell you if you have coverage. |

Are you paralyzed? No? Some aches and pains are normal after a collision. They usually go away in a few days. However, it doesn't mean you're entitled to compensation, especially in an accident you caused. |
