The insurance company "may" cover the cost, but will then sue you for the amount. Most companies have a disclaimer in the policy that states all drivers of the vehicle must be licensed. You now have all kinds of big problems. Possible the policy could be canceled due to this action. |

its possibe that the insurance company will default the insurance policy as you should not be driving it without a licence, and the registered keeper plus you could end up with a not nice fine. |

if depends what company insures your car.
there are companies out there that have a exclusion in their liability policy that states if driver not licensed, they will deny the claim. if that happens, then the other driver can go after you personally.
hopefully your policy does not have that exclusion.
get your license reinstated asap

You can't answer that question unless you have knowledge of the insurance policy. Some insurance policies require that a licensed driver operate the vehicle, and if the policy owner knowingly lets an unlicensed driver operate the vehicle, it may affect their coverage and in some states cause the car owner to be charged for allowing them behind the wheel. If you are caught driving under suspension, you may also face penalties of your own. |

If your liscense were suspend at the time of the accident you will be charged with driving on a suspended and depending on the officer and judge you could face some costly fines and or jail time, if the person who the car you were driving is very close and dont report it stolen they will have to pay for it, insurance will not pay for an unliscensed driver |

If she was cool with it, then your driver's license shouldn't really matter. I don't know why that would even be part of the equation. |
