I do too but I don't know where they give hard driving tests for bicycles but it would improve the safety of all bicycles riders.r

However, if one did pass, I'd love to see strict rules implemented. Say that 14 year old gets a speeding ticket a week later. I think that should make them wait until 19 to get their license. Obviously they weren't ready, and obviously they just wasted the state's time, in letting them get a license.

Also, just because you put a question mark at the end of a sentence, doesn't make it a question.

No, 14 year olds don't have the mature judgment needed to make split-second driving decisions. If it was a good idea, 14 year old kids would already be driving.

Half of the 17 years old pupils that I teach have only got half a brain let alone 14 year olds.

I think that until you are 20 you should not even be allowed in a car behind the wheel . Most kids can`t even drive a go cart without hitting something . And you want these morons on the road. Time for you to really grow up. Maybe we should let dogs drive if they bark when they turn corners. Yeah right !! 14 yr old`s driving. next thing will be 9 yr old doctors

From what I have seen the majority of 14 year old can't even ride a bike correctly never mind drive a car.

I'm intersted in knowing more, like your age and why you think"14 year olds should be allowed to drive". On this planet we go through a life time of restrictions. Some of us accept them and others fight them.

Accually, some 14 year old do drive cars. Some drive responsibly and most do not, today. But 100 years ago the possibility existed that more responsible 14 year olds drove cars than today. Children living and working on farms drove farm vehicles at an early age. They learned to shoot at an early age. They learned to get married and have babies at an earlier age etc..

Today we are not acting responsibly. We are a world in denial, as opposed to acting responsibly. This is the legacy we have as individuals and as a nation under our current governments of the world who have led us down this slippery slope of a path. Everything we do is irresponsible. What we believe is irresponsible. How we live is irresponsible. My spelling is ..... well you get my drift. Don't you.

I cannot answer your question, but let me know what you think about UFO's. They can be seen with 3rd generation night vision goggles. Why do you think the government doesn't want you to know?

actually, in the U.S. State of Kansas, you can get a license at 14, just by passing the written and vison tests
