I have terrible credit so does she, my parents and her family are no help, no chance of a bank loan or anything like that, is there anything I can do? I can barely rub two pennies together how am I gonna pay that off and get her another car?

Yes I have two jobs already, not enough, i thought there might be something complex with insurances or something i dont understand, not just plain get a job, i have two of them. if theres nothing that can be done with insurances or something like that then i dont know what to do.

There is no magic solution here. If she still owes $5600. then she still owes $5600. How are you going to pay that off? Sorry but I guess you will have to find a way. |

Get a second or third job. You totaled the car, it's your responsibility. That is one reason I NEVER loan my car to ANYONE. If they need a ride and I have the time, I'll take them to their destination. |

Unfortunately, your on the hook (or should I say she's on the hook) for the outstanding amount owed on the vehicle contract.
The insurance carrier pays 'actual cash value' for a vehicle when it's totaled....whether or not you overpaid for the vehicle or had a high interest loan. |

Sorry for the accident dude, is life. Anyway, sell all your stuff that you don't need, or get a job fast to pay your loan. Had you ask your friends and neighbor for money? You can paid them back once you get your payment from a job. Sorry dude, but good luck to you and your girl friend |

Get money from the insurance company and buy the same car she had! Regardless she still would of had that debt. |
