Unless your license expires on your birthday, there is no need to go to the dmv. Actually when it is set to expire you can probably renew it on line.
But anyone can read a birth date, do the math and figure out how old you are. |

As long as it's not expired, you're fine. It still has your correct birthdate on it.

It might all depend on the place. I turned 21 on a saturday and the dmv wasn't open until tuesday. i tried going to applebees that monday and order a drink, but they wouldn't let me because i didn't have my new id. If you go to bars, it might not matter. The bars didn't matter for me when I went out on my 21st. |
