well you can instead buy a decent used car for 2000 or 3000! careful not to get cheated though! this is these guys' specialty!

Owning a car, is far more expensive then the actual purchase price.
You have to consider the fuel ussage, the Insurance-as only a very wealthy person ever drives as car/truck or motorcycle without insurance, the necessary up keep-tyres, brakes, gearbox and engine maintenance, oil, body & paintwork-like parking your car in a car park somewhere and having a very nice, young person spray paint the side of your car or someone backing into your car and not leaving any details-with affordable 3rd party Insurance ONLY, you wear that cost yourself.
All the little pleasures, like Air Conditioning-the only air conditioning my 1st car had, was the manual windows, seat covering, sound system and carpeting.
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH Bus, Train, Ferry ride. Even Taxi Cabs although seemingly expensive, by the time you have worked out your Actual cost for covering the same distance in your car.
It pretty well works out, at about the same price. So there's nothing wrong with it.

A very long time. You will have to pay tax on the car. Insurance is a plus Depending on your age. It will be high until you are 25. Depending on if you had any speeding tickets/ accidents.
