Hopefully, you will get what you deserve.
You will probably receive a ban and a fine. |

Judging by the 'In Court' column of my local newspaper, about a £500 fine. Plus a lot of hassle next time you insure legally. |

a rather large fine and at least 6 points for the no insurance, a smaller fine and 3 points for the speeding, add that to the 3 you already have then that equals a ban. you also risk imprisonment for the no insurance. lesson learnt do you think? it is up to you to check if you are insured to drive the vehicle or not. |

maybe a slap on the wrist,or at the worst a couple more points and a fine |

You will get a really big fine, maybe some community service. Not sure if you get the license back or not ~ that would depend on what state you are in. |

lf they fine you heavily and take your licence away for 2 years its no more than you deserve they could put you inside for a couple of months///if they instruct you to attend court then you can guess they have something like that in mind |

I can feel how upset you were while you were writing all that. Get yourself some representation and lose some of the upset and save some money. I am sorry this is happening to you, and it will be good to come out the other side of it. When you get to be my age (63) you say "live and learn." No judgments. Take good care, and find someone to represent you so you don't stay so upset. Chin up! - C! |

Do yourself a favor, hire a traffic law Attorney, they are not expensive and may save you a bunch. |

Hopefully you'll get what's deserved. What would have happened if you'd had an accident. It's people like you that make everyone elses insurance so high!! |

they might consider it as a first offense again, and you just pay a fine, the proof of insurance will probably stick with you though, but they may offer driving school to you ,and if they do ,you need to take it,they will dismiss the ticket if they allow you to attend it,i did this over a speeding ticket to keep my record clear, its not bad either,it last about 3-4 hours, and you actually learn a few things in the process,i wish you good luck on it maybe they,ll cut you some slack on it this time, they can be lenient when they want to be on this, its up to them, good luck with it though. |

well your insurance premiums will be very high for quite a while. Pay the two tickets, and you may have to take a course or something. The only REALLY bad thing about this is the fact that insurance companies are going to rape you for lack of a better word. |

Penalty points and a hefty fine I expect. |

You will have to appear in a magistrate court where you will be fined, have points added to your license. That's the best outcome. OR Fined and then BANNED... |

You could get a 6 month ban for no insurance and also your friend can get prosecuted for allowing you to drive the vehicle with no insurance as the person lending the car is supposed to check that you are legal to drive,i know this as a fact as i know someone who it happened to. |

A fine and possibly a ban. Go to court in person and plead guilty, the magistrates usually favour a lighter sentence when someone bothers to show up. Do not try the old story ' I didn't know it was not insured', they will tell you that you should have checked first, as ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it. good luck. |

10 overs not bad but they hit you with a decent ticket, on the insurance have you and your friend assuming she or he has the car insured go down to the court house and have them show that the car is insured this will probably save you from losing your lisence, even thou you ran one in the past doesnt mean they'll take your lisence you'll probably just get 3 more points unless you opt. to take the class if it is offered in your state. to make a long story short the cops want to make sure the car is insured if it is prove it and pay your ticket thats it. |

I don't think that you will get a ban. It is probable though that you will get 3 points for the speeding and 5 for the No Insurance so you will be up to 11 points! You will also, of course, receive a fine - probably fixed penalty for the speeding but in excess of £100 for the no insurance.
You don't say whether you have a car of your own. If you do then you must advise the insurers of your latest convictions - it is probable that they will ask for a substantially increased premium as you have shown yourrself to be a much worse risk than they previously thought. |

You will be convicted of an SP30 which carries 3 points and an IN10 which carries 6 points. If they deal with the 2 offences via fixed penalties it will £60 each.
If it goes to court you could be given a bigger fine but the points should be the same as stated above.
If the 3 points you already have are more than 3 years old then they will not take them into consideration.
If they are less than 3 years then you will need to attend court as you will have reached 12 points within a 3 year period and will be liable to be disqualified under the totting up procedure for 6 months. |
