Okay is this the situation-
A) lic is suspended and you were due to get a restricted lic in August.
B) you got pulled over while suspended.

If this is the story it will depend on what happens when you go to court. Your best bet is to talk to a lawyer.

You should contact you Department of Licensing to see what you have to do. You'll probably have to pay all of your fines first. Meanwhile don't drive. It's just that simple
