early in the morning, it was raining and i was going 65 on the left lane. I saw a piece of wood or some similar debri and i tried to avoid it. In doing that, i hit a puddle of water which lifted the tires on my car. I hit the mid divider, and spin out of control then i rolled down a cliff. I'm lucky to be alive. It was my fault, i have full cover insurance so will my car get fixed.

Well the answer is a definite maybe.
First off.. its good that you are OK.. That's a great start to a terrible situation
You have full coverage so the insurance company will be picking up the tab for the accident.
BUT.. you did not say what the condition of the car is in. If the vehicle is declared to be totaled, then your car will not get fixed. Instead the insurance company will settle up with you for the value of your car just before it had the accident.
If that is the case you will need to be prepared to present your best case to the company for the highest value that you think the car had. They will be going by standard rates and coverage and the two of you may not agree.
On the other hand, if your car is repairable and the repairs do not exceed the value of the car, then your car will get fixed.
BTW.. it sounds like an accident.. those happen.. just because you were driving does not make it your fault. ... Think about that.

Barring any little detail like, 'is your premimum paid up?' or 'are you an excluded driver on this car?' or even 'do you really have collision coverage?' then YES. This is a covered loss. |

You probably totaled it. If you have full coverage they will pay you some book value for it minus your deductable.
IF you owe more than its book value good luck.

Yes, your insurance will cover you, and pay the expenses of the tow truck also, since you have full coverage. Will they fix it? Doubtful. Usually when a car has rolled down a cliff it will total the vehicle, so they will give you the value of the vehicle.
May I make an observation though? When it is raining and the road is wet and there may be puddles, 65 is NOT the speed you want to travel at. |

Yes, you will get your car fixed, if you have insurance they have to fix it, or give you the value of what the car is worth, if that is cheaper than fixing it. Your payments may go up, but just argue with them that it was an act of god, and don't tell them it was your fault. If it was raining out and slick then thats the reason you hit the mid divider, not your driving, its logical to try to miss things in the road. |

Absolutely. Your insurance will cover you.
And just to clear something up: It was NOT your fault. Road Debris is a leading cause for automobile accients. Also, insurance covers you even when something is your fault... you just pay for it. |
