Near 0 MPH would not cause damage to your car. You didn't exchange insurance info and so it's too late now. Just let it go and don't report to your insurance company, so you record is perfectly clean.
However, if your car is damaged and you want your insurance to pay for it, then call insurance company and tell them you didn't get the other party insurance info. Be careful the premium will go up next time. As a rule of thumb, if the damage is less than $500, it probably doesn't worth it. |

basically you should have stopped ,leaving the scene of an accident even though a small one is a violation, and once you leave the scene the insurance company doesn't have to pay a dime on any claim you file, you always need to get an accident report no matter how small the accident is or at least exchange insurance information, you can call your insurance company but i doubt at this point it will help you any ,good luck. |

if you didnt stop and get his info theres nothing you can do. You wont get any help from his insurance since you have no idea where to file a claim at. Unless you see him again or can remember the license number you will have to pay for your damages yourself. Goodluck! |

If you have information on the truck such as the name of the trucking or a license plate #, you can fill out a police report. You should also call your insurance company and inform them of the accident and give them whatever info. you have. |

No action needs to be taken because he would have stopped as well.
Just be more careful.
If you have an accident you need to pull over and exchange information. I doubt the truck driver wants an accident on his record so just count your losses and be more cautious. Sounds to me like you cut him off. |

Phone your insurance company and they will advise you what to do. Since i am only fifteen, and can only just drive a manual, i may not be the best one to answer this question but give it a go |

It's not your fault. You have to file a police report and contact the other person's insurance for a claim. |
