I was rearended, my car is around 4000 to fix and i have whiplash,dr bills are adding.what should I ask for? My DR. sees me being out of work for about a month and a half.. Their insurance accepted liability and are paying for my car to be fixed and have set me up with a rental. I was at a stop and was hit at about 45 mph. My neck hurts bad, seeing chiro 3 times a week and massage 1 a week. what should i ask from insurance besides my bills paid??

Your best bet is to contact an injury attorney and let the attorney handle the case. You may find out that your injuries may be worse than they are or you may be off work longer than expected. In this case you need to protect yourself for what might turn out to be more than even your doctor thinks.
