Wow- you think you hit the golden opportunity huh? Just remember.. what goes around comes around. Why would you want to take advantage of someone like this? Would you like someone to do this to you? Do you like how high your car insurance price is?

BTW... "pain and suffering" for a minor injuries with be nothing up to maybe 500 bucks or so (if your lucky and they are feeling generous)

I think it would depend on the injuries and of your documentation of the injuries. probably important to have a couple doctor visits.

Why should you get compensated for MINOR injuries?? You are the reason we all pay so much for car insurance!!

It depends - what type of injuries? What type of treatment? How long was your recovery? Any affect on your life? All these things matter - and the insurance company will take these things into consideration when making you an offer for pain and suffering.

my sister got 40,000 but the person who hit her was just a person who did not stop slammed into her back. she'll have problems for the rest of her life and be on bed rest when she is preg. andmay not be able to pick up her kids.

be thankful you werent seriously hurt. and chalk it up as an accident. karma is a B-tch and will come back. put yourself in their shoes. if u were tehm would u want someone to sue you..
