I was scuttling along a country lane one night, when a car?

came round the bend. I instinctively rolled into a protective ball, but I suffered multiple injuries, and spent the next six weeks, stuck to the tarmac, gradually drying out, and being pecked by Crows.

My question is, can I make a "no win, no fee" type claim in the Courts, and if I win, will I get 100% of the compensation that I deserve?

NO, you would get nothing.
"scuttling" is illegal under the Hedgehog act of 1807 and is punishable by removal of spines and frying in a gypsies pan.

If you are involved in an incident and injured whilst "scuttling" then you are not entitled to claim as you were illegally scuttling at the time and this overrides any claim you may have.
