but was cited for no no insurance,registration and dead tags i was on my way to the body shop to get work done while my paper work and stuff was being done.....i wasnt given any explantion on why i was stopped,i wasnt speeding,swerving, or anything .....what can i do?

Dead tags? And you think there was no explanation? He can verify that without stopping you. And you had no insurance, no registration, you were totally illegal on the road, there is no defence. Legally the car should have been towed. Imagine, instead of an officer stopping you, you had an accident, with no insurance, you were injured, and you were at fault, and also injured somebody in the other vehicle. You would have been sued for thousands of dollars, and would have no coverage for your own injuries even.
The only explanation you need is you were breaking several laws. You got caught, face up to it. |

Your expired tags were reason enough to pull you over. You were braking laws while driving a vehical. |

You can buy insurance, register the car, renew your plates and pay the fine |
