Not much you can do tbh, if you were driving without a license you've broken the law- you have to face the consequences.

Wow i cant believe they gave you a ticket for simply getting in a wreck when you didnt even have a license.

Here is what will happen to you, you will be fined heavily from the court, you probably wont be allowed to get a license for a couple years now, when you do get your license your insurance will be sky high, since you hit some womans car you will be required to pay for the damages to her vehicle, i highly doubt you had insurance yourself since you dont have a license and your parents insurance wont cover you since you dont have a license, who knows-if your parents insurance company finds out about this they will probably raise their rates or maybe cancel them all together.
Even if the other lady has insurance and her insurance pays to fix the damages to her car her insurance company will eventually come after you and try to make you pay them back for what it cost to fix her car.
You just messed up big time. Was it worth it?

Well if you haven't already, I would tell your parents. It's going to be tough because not only do you have no license and you'll have to pay that ticket but you probably are not covered under any insurance I'm assuming? So the car will need to be fixed and paid for. Just help your parents pay what you can. And make sure not to drive without a license anymore!

If you weren't driving, illegally I might add, this lady would not have cut you off! You created the situation, you are responsible for what happened. So take the responsibility, and pay the consequences. Get a good pair of walking shoes, because I don't think you will get your license anytime soon!

what do you mean what should you do? take responsibitly. It's not like you're going to get in trouble if you were getting your dad's check, assuming he knows you were driving and had no license. he probably should not get too mad having knoww the potential consequences beforehand when you went driving without a license.

Stand up and face the music. You made a horrific mistake and it's going to take a lot to get through it. Be thankful you didn't hurt someone, then it would be a lifetime scar.

You drove without a license. Then you hit a car. Are you surprised you got a ticket? What do you do? I assume the car has been towed and impounded. Get the registered owner to get it out of impound before the bill goes too high, and pay them back for doing that. Notify the insurance company and make a report, assuming there is insurance on the car you were driving. If not, it will be up to you to pay for all the damage done. It may be you will have to even if there was insurance on the car, since you shouldn't have been driving without a license. Go to court when the time comes, and pay the fine that assign there. Chances are they will also take away your ability to even get a license for a while, and once you do manage to get one, you will start with points on it which will drive your already high insurance even higher.

Get a good lawyer. And be prepared not go get your license for quite a while.

Here in NJ if your caught driving underaged, you wont get it til 21
